SIBA North Beer Competition 2009/10

We are delighted to have received three awards for Red Bull Terrier at the SIBA North Beer Competition 2009/10:

Gold in the Dark and Strong Bottled Beers category

Silver in the Premium Bitters Cask Ale category

Bronze in the Overall Bottled Beers category

We have three of our beers available in bottles: Tag Lag (4.4% ABV), Red Bull Terrier (4.8% ABV) and Chester's Strong and Ugly (5.2% ABV)

William Hackett Ale 3.8% ABV

Armistice Day saw the launch of our new commemorative beer.

William Hackett Ale has been brewed to help raise funds for a permanent memorial dedicated to the men of the Royal Engineer tunnelling companies who died in World War One.

For an act of selfless valour Sapper William Hackett was awarded a posthumous Victoria Cross which was presented by King George V to his widow, Alice at Buckingham Palace on 29 November 1916. - the only such decoration ever to be bestowed upon a tunneller. For further details go to:
